surveyproblem ~ cashout problem

what should i do????

For like a week now, i have been trying to redeem my points at one of my surveysites... anyways i cash out and i get a confirmation email, saying its pending...

so i check back on the site to check on the status, but instead of finding the status, i still have my points in my account, and it states 0 points redeemed so far.

i have been trying to use a different browser, but the same, as soon as i cash out and check on my points the points are in there again, and 0 points redeemed.

It bugs me cuz its 50$ that i could sure use right now. i have been emailing them a few times, but did not get an response.

i do have a phone number for the site, but i feel weird if i would call right away.

what should i do?

I'd call. If it's worth posting about here, it's worth a phone call.

Hopefully it'll be resolved quickly.

I agree. $50 is certainly worth a phone call. Most survey sites that I have experience with has fairly decent customer service. If you don't get satisfaction then post their name for all to see.

Did you try using Firefox? That always works for me when other browsers won't.

Christine makes a good point. Some browsers don't allow certain controls to complete and requests don't work. Whether you like it or not, Internet Explorer is the standard on which most of these sites are designed. Firefox will work on some -- but not all. Try it with IE and see what happens.

i have tried IE, Firefox and Safari, same disaster ... they all do not work. i may wait until monday and then call.

what survey site is it? Did you check the scam list??

If it's a legit site I agree with everyone else you should call...you did the work, and it's your money!

It is a lot of money, I would call. They could have a glitch on the site and your payment could be messed up. I would call.

Everything I’ve seen about them indicates that they’re pretty accurate.
