What is it about your guy wearing pantyhose that would turn you off? If he were wearing it for simply showing off or because he had some kind of a wierd thinking of wearing it on, then I'd understand. But if he told you that he wore it for health reasons such as improving blood circulation for the legs, wouldn't you at least respect him for it? As for hating pantyhose, I understand because I used to hate it because I was too fat and overweight in my younger years to feel comfortable in them although I later thinned down and found pantyhose to not only be comfortable but also helpful in healing a few leg blisters and itches. In the end, it all comes down to the individual. Some women will like it, some will hate it and the same will apply to men. Just because a woman hates pantyhose doesn't mean her partner has to hate pantyhose as well. If your partner chooses to wear pantyhose, I suggest at least asking him why before getting turned off.
Exactly. Some women will insist that just because they don't like pantyhose that their men shouldn't either. Each individual deserves to have their right to choose to wear whether or not to wear pantyhose. If kelldogg is going to get turned off because her guy wears pantyhose shows that she does not understand that men have their rights too. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that women shouldn't have rights. I just don't believe in dividing up genders and creating societal intolerance from it. I may want to wear a kilt while my fiancee wants to wear trousers but it doesn't make us perverts.
I understand completely where you both are coming from from a medical perspective. I agree that pantyhose increase circulation and blood flow to the legs. If my man were to need them for medicinal reasons, I would understand. However, I still wouldn't find them sexy. I also don't find hospital gowns, back braces, and orthopedic shoes sexy either. They are functional and for health reasons. As a fashion trend, tights are not for me, but neither are miniskirts and camouflage. Likewise, I know there are many out there that love these trends for fashion reasons. It's all in personal preference.
I commend guys on standing up for their love of hosiery. I was forced to wear them to school for years and hated every minute of it. They felt like my legs were being stuffed in sausage casings. I don't like pantyhose. Period. Doesn't matter if they are on a male or female. That is my personal opinion but I know millions out there love them. It's their prerogative to wear them and I respect that.
I'm sorry to hear what happened to you in your younger days in school. Yes, that kind of an experience can be tough to erase from one's mind. They had no business torturing young women like that. It sounds similar to a friend of mine who hated wearing ties after his school required it. No man or woman should be made to hate certain clothing by being required to wear it in school. Very sad.
