I had a dream wherein I was riding along in a car, my back to the door, my arm lying across the head rest of the driver. Next to me, facing forward, was a man with a guitar, and on his other side was another passenger. It was not clear whether that person was male or female.
As we rode along, the man was singing a song. I can recall only a few words of the song and a little of the tune.
What I would like to know is this: what songs, country or pop, are there with the word ‘candle’ and or ‘candles’ can you name?
I would like to discern, if possible, whether this was a song that I have heard before, or if my mind was making it up as I dreamed.
I know it was not “16 Candles” nor was it “Candle in the Wind.”

Thank you, Abby. It is possible I was just writing a song in my head. I used to have a logo and name for myself when I wrote songs on a regular basis. It could be that coming back in to my thoughts, but not my awake brain.
