Don't sleep on the job!

Hello All,

My son just turned 3 last week and I thought I would share one of his recent funny moments.  I was sitting on the couch with him last week and he looked at me so serious and said, "Mom, don't sleep on the job.  When you sleep on the job, your outta there!  You are going out of the house Mom!"  I just laughed and told him that I didn't sleep on the job, so he had nothing to worry about.  I couldn't figure out where he had got the saying, when it finally occured to me that they say that on the movie Alvin and the Chipmunks, which he loves.  He has been going around telling everyone this for the past week.  The funny part is that he doesn't really understand that they mean you are fired, so it sometimes comes out that you are getting thrown outside, or getting kicked out!

I love it when kids say funny stuff like that.

Yesterday my daughter asked her friend (that was spending the night with us) if she wanted to watch a particular movie. Her friend (five year old) said, "Yes, I haven't seen that movie in about 65 years."
