I Love CVS

I had fun shopping at CVS today.  Found great deals.  Hope I can explain them lol.

First I had a script to fill for my husbands dental antibiotics.  We have insurance but we can only have it filled at a Kaiser pharmacy.  Would have been about $5 but this worked out much better for us.

I started with a $10 CVS card from Gather (YEA GATHER)

The meds were $19.97.  I used the $10 card and $9.97 cash.  I had a coupon to get a $30 gift card when you fill a script. So right there I am ahead.

I then took my $30 gift card and bought 20 bottles of Propel 33oz.  This came to $22 which I used the card.  This left me $8 on the card and on the bottom of my receipt was a $10 ECB (coupon for next shopping trip)

Next step they had Cottonelle TP 20 pack on sale for $12.97 I had a .50 coupon making it $12.47  I then used the $10 ECB so after tax it came to $2.72 which I paid with what was left from the $30 gift card.  On the bottom of my receipt was a $4.00 ECB.

Next step they had Cottonelle wipes 84 ct on sale for $5.98.  I had a .50 coupon and I used the $4.00 ECB from above.  I then paid $1.64 from the above gift card. On the bottom of my receipt printed a $3.00 ECB.

Next step I bought 2 puffs tissues and 2 dawn dish detergent.  I had 2 .25 coupons and 2 .50 and the $3.00 ECB from above. Total was .64 which I paid with above gift card.

Total  I started with a $10 gift card and $9.97 cash I ened up with:

1 fillied script

20 propel water 33oz

1 20 roll cottonelle TP

1 84 ct cottonelle wipes

2 puffs tissues

2 dawn dish detergent

and I still have $3.00 on the gift card.

I did all this on my way to do a grocery store mystery shop.
