I just thought maybe someone here might have a great Family Recipe they could enter.

Welcome to the VIVA® Diva Family Recipe Contest!

Do you have a treasured family recipe that's been handed down through generations? Or have you discovered a recipe of your own that you've made into a holiday tradition?

Share your recipe and the story of how it became a family tradition, and you could win valuable prizes! Your fellow VIVA® Divas will be voting on the best story/recipe combination from among our finalists to determine the winners.

Of course you'll earn Diva Delights rewards points for submitting a recipe and reviewing your favorite recipe.

The VIVA® Diva Family Recipe Contest submission period opens on Monday, November 3 and runs through Monday, December 15.

You may submit as many family recipes as you'd like, but each one must be accompanied by a story detailing how the recipe has become a tradition in your family.

Finalists will be determined by an expert panel of judges in three categories: 1) Appetizers and Side Dishes; 2) Entrees and 3) Desserts. Once the finalists are determined, it will be up to all of the VIVA® Divas to determine the winners in each category. For more information, please see our Contest Rules.

I wish I did have recipe, I have to say right now that I would love teh kitchen aid mixer more than the shopping spree, but usually when I experiment I never write down teh recipe, and if I make it agian it never comes out the same twice.

Most of the time I'm following someone elses recipes, but even then I usually ammend it.

like one time I took Paula Deen's son's easy cheeseburger pie recipes (putting a cheeseburger in puffed pastry, and took Robert Irivines Idea of taking 2 burgers (in this case cutting one in half and putting cheese and bacon in the middle.

and boy was that a good eats.
