She came to me one winter night
Darkening the moon's soft light
No fear, I felt only joy instead
Among the tombstones of the dead
Only one thing could be in store
The rest I had been longing for
A chance to gain some peace of mind
And leave this cold world far behind
My loved ones have already passed
And so I'll join with them at last
She stands before me for a while
Black rosebud lips curved in a smile
And stares at me with hourglass eyes
And yet my request she denies
She wraps me in her cold embrace
Her clawed fingers stroking my face
As bloody sweat from my face drips
She kisses me with her dead lips
And tells me to savor the taste
But not let my life go to waste
To fight and live until the end
And I'll feel her embrace again
So with my heart and soul I'll try
To not let my life pass me by
Because I have enjoyed the bliss
Of surviving Death's sweet kiss
