I'm baccckkkk,lol, a bit older, as today was my birthday anniversary,
but no wiser than I was yesterday,alas,alas..... Sure had a good day tho..lots of good food,nieces and sisters wishing me well..dan was on his best behavior..what more could a person ask for?
Haven't been on for a few weeks for a varity of reasons and hope to remedy that starting monday.Will work on catching up with all you good connections.Last time I checked, had 2,487 E-mails, tho...it may take awhile,lol! Which brings me to the rant part...why do so many people want to connect when they haven't read ANYTHING of the person they are asking to connect to? I made a mistake and didn't check my last few connection requests out, which is why the mailbox is OVERWHELMING!! These folk don't read anyone, but post more than once a day, and send E-mails asking for a read...wow!! I'd like to READ them right outta here...How am I ever to get over 2,000 E-s done with all that crap in there? a POX on those who waste my time with those mass mailings...a POX, i say!!
On my stolen bike, seems the kid that stole it, painted it black and sold it for a lousy 20 bucks..he is only 12 years old, or I would SOOO put a WHACK on his head!! the good news is that he moved onto my street, and I go by EVERY day and sing songs about how BIKE THIEVES have such short life spans....It isn't much, but it makes ME feel better,lol..That bike was an 800 dollar one, sold for a lousy 20...JEEZE....
On my brother-in-law's triple bypass...today was 8 weeks, and he is doing Very well..walking 3 miles a day, mowing his lawn...YEA!!!
The perm was a Very bad idea..I would post a pic, but it is one of those things where you would REALLY wanna get PAID to embarrass yourself,lol...A friend said it best: "you look like a pretty doggie, a very SHAGGY doggy" and I couldn't get mad at him, cause it is TRUE, tho I think I look more like "cousin it"..5 foot one with
3 feet of thick fritzy hair...... I am so DONE with those "home" jobs,for sure!! In about 3 weeks, it should all tamed down again...until then, I shall go out in the yard and "WOOF" at all the people walking by,lol....
tomorrow, friend Shelly and Hubby are taking me and a friend to a drum/flute circle, so the week-end will end on a great note......

I'll bet your perm doesn't even look bad as you say. You're probably just used to having your hair straight so it just seems funny looking to you right now. To get it to relax faster ~ just wash it two or three times with some strong stripper shampoo and it will do just that.
In regards to the kid who stole your bike. Why in the world didn't you call the cops on him? Stealing is not a good thing and if he thinks that he got away with it this time will only make him believe that he can get away with it all of the time. What will he steal from you next? I say report him to the cops or hang him from his toe nails! haaa!

As for those mass mailings ~ they have totally gotten out of control in my book as well. I think to get rid of the 700 and some that I have in my box daily and without notifications from any of my connections this is far too many. I guess to get them out of my inbox will mean delete, delete, delete. Sorry everyone but my time is too limited to go through all of those on a daily basis so I do not blame you one iota Penni dear.
and so what if the lil thief is 12 smack that brat... hard! maybe he'll think twice about stealing..

A triple by pass is a horrid operation, my Dad said his legs bothered him the worse, but he was up and at it days after the operation, I'm glad your brother is bouncing back...I bet he feels 1000% better now that he is getting better circulation.
