It's been raining here for the past week. The temperatures have dropped, but not like your temperature. It's supposed to be in th 80's today. That's cool for my part of Texas.

as far as that goes, what happened to summre?...we only went to the beach 3 times, and swam in our friend's pool another 3 times......instead of once a week.....groan....
Wow. Sorry you're going to get snowed on. I'm not ready for that. It's been cool and a bit dreary here but my flower gardens are still doing well and the leaves are still green so I'm not really accepting that summer is gone yet.
We've had a little rain in the past week and a half. A week ago Sunday, it rained all night into Monday morning. While it was colder at night, the days have reached the mid 60s. So, it is pretty typical fall weather. I think that what happened this year was that we had weather in the upper 70s one day and down to the 50s the next day. This week is supposed to be rainy and in the 60s. I haven't heard that there might be snow on Sunday in the Chicago area. It wouldn't surprise me, however.
I highly doubt we will get it, I just check out Weather Channel, it said 30% here in Plattsmouth and in iowa it is only 30% It will be to warm yet,, I will hold off the dance till at least novemember...
YIKES.....I am so not ready for snow. I'm barely ready for fall.....I'm still wearing shorts in protest of it! LOL....actually it's hot at work and my job is very physical so I wear shorts to stay as cool as possible. I made the mistake of wearing jeans Monday and practically melted away....
I heard it too. It is so early. I knew that since it's been raining non-stop here since sunday. It is still raining here as we speak in Minnesota, i guess your next door neighbor. lol
We've got non-stop rain. It's a bit depressing, but better than snow! I haven't been out to take pictures for a few days and we've got company coming. I guess we'll have to play indoor games. It's not usually so cold in October. We left the pontoon boat in the water, but it's getting too cold for rides. Thanks for posting to All About Autumn
We only get about 1 inch of snow here and it takes 2 -3 snowfalls to do that. However it has snowed in July, I think mother nature got her monthly gift returned to her that day.
