Update on Kyleigh's Illness

I am very happy that Kyleigh has been doing much better in the last couple of days. She missed her friends and requested to go back to day care since Tuesday. She has been fever-free for 6 days.

Kyleigh's appetite seems to be pretty good in the last few days too. She had a pretty good dinner tonight, and she's eating night snacks now (cereals). She can really use some extra pounds because she has lost 2 lbs and her pants are falling down.

We are taking her back to the hospital in about 2 weeks to check if she has permanent kidney damage. I hope it is negative.

So glad she is doing better. Praying there is no permanent damage to her kidneys. It's so heartbreaking when your child is sick.
