Today was the first day of summer school for me. I had a tax class from 10:55-1:40 than a compensation class from 1:50-4:45. Luckily we got out of my second class early because I was super tired. Thanks to my tax class I am now $288 poorer. I had to buy a book that my teacher wrote which is basically just 300 pages of copy paper binded together for $105 and than a publisher book for $183. I tried looking online but since it's a new edition, there wasn't a cheaper price :( I hate how expensive textbooks are. Luckily I might be able to sell these books back for some money.

Good luck with your classes. I'm taking one over the summer myself but luckily the book was only $28. Usually textbooks are wayyy too expensive.
Lucky you. Textbooks are wayy overpriced. Not to mention they change editions like every year forcing you to buy the new ones.
I know what you mean. Most professors will tell you that the old edition is still ok too

Man, those books can kill you. I was glad last semester my daughter had her list well ahead of time and most books I get used.

Textbooks are so costly and my daughters were high, but we were able to get several used.
EW. I have to go to summer school too, but its not nearly so bad.
