This is about a top secret Banodyne Laboratories in California. They were experimenting with DNA genetically developing a creature, 1 called "The Outsider"designed to kill. 2 The second one looked like a dog. They were both taught as their brains were more human than animal. Fire broke out in the Laboratory, these two escaped.
Where are they hiding? Alerts went out to all veterarians with a description of the dog.
The Outsider killed. The Feds came in and changed info to the reporters. They searched the hills for him.
Scientists that worked at Banodyne were murdered.
