Now, the town has an art project going on in which 14 small chickens are featured all over town. Today, Ken and I set out to find and photograph them all. I won't share all of the pictures in this essay, but here is a sample, and I will put the rest in my photos for you to enjoy.
Eight of the chickens are scattered around the corners of Glover Park, in the middle of Marietta Square. When we first got to the Square, a kind gentleman offered to take our picture with the chicken, so here is a rare photo of Ken and I together, and with a chicken, too:

Other chickens in the park included the Gone With the Wind chicken:

and the chicken with the scene of the town on it:

My favorite chicken of all is the Zydeco chicken:

We got pictures of all 14 chickens, and I think I've included all of them below, except for the Mice chickens, which are in my photos already (I think two chickens have side and front views. ) Just check the tray below to see them all. The names I gave them are not the official names for the most part, except for Zydeco, Wellstar, Under our Wing, and The Strand. I'll look up the official names and post them later, in another article.
The chickens are going to be auctioned off after the exhibition, and the proceeds are going to charity.
