According to my research and also in my own experience,Sleeping less than 8 hours will let you gain weight.I have an abnormal sleeping cycle and less sleep,I gain a lot of weight.I sleep during the morning times and awake during the night times which is totally unhealthy but because my work is based in London,I need to sacrifice my sleeping routine.I am not eating a lot but that' what I was thinking,Why I am gaining weight.I was only 50 kilos for the last two years but now,I am already 65 kilos.Even if your having abnormal routine,just make sure that you rest 8 hours then drink a lot of water.
