A good "trick" to determining the appropriate amount of calories to eat each day and still lose weight is multiply your weight by the number 7:
Your weight x 7 = your daily caloric needs for weight loss.
"Eat often -- snack often"
Eating often will stave off hunger attacks that ultimately sabotage your diet.
"Eat your carbs in the morning"
It gets your day off to an energetic start.
"Post a picture of yourself on the refrigerator -- at your worst"
