Cause you're eating too much candy before bed.
Sweet poem.
everyonce in awhile I just can't sleep, its annoying but i deal with it by reading a book,or as you can see writing down stuff that I have no idea how or why its in my brain in the middle of the night other than perhaps its all the stupid commercials I see on tv in the evenings.
Less than intelligent commercials along with TV can be a trigger but most likely not the cause.
The things you write reveal a sort of innocence, a heart never broken maybe I'm not sure, so I would think it's something a bit deeper if it's not caffeine or some OD of over-processed sweeteners, matters of the heart maybe. If you have a concordance look up the words heart, thoughts and mind I think it may shed some light on the subject.
When you dream,
What do you dream about?
When you dream,
What do you dream about?
Do you dream about
Music or mathematics
Or planets too far for the eye?
Do you dream about
Jesus or quantum mechanics
Or angels who sing lullabies?

Sorry again. I'll try to refrain from posting my mindless chatter on your poems.

My Doctor thinks its not anything to worry about when I can't seem to fall asleep as easily as I normally do,because it only happens once or twice every month and considering I've had a lot of family issues in the last year it might have somethign ot do with that.
Mom was deathly ill last fall and is still suffering some from things that went on,I had both of my grandmothers die this spring within 2 months of each other.
I've never had my heart broken in the sense of a dating relationship gone wrong.
Alot of the books I read are just for fun, some religious themed others historical themed, others animal themed or family themed.
As for what do I dream about, its often of happier times when my grandparents were still living. And sometimes as wierd as it is my boyfriend is sometimes in my dreams with my grandparents. I've had some nightmares that involve my parents getting divorced or something bad happening to them, but for the most part my dreams are pleasant.
A few times I've dreamt I was riding a horse in the olympics.
I've never had riding lessons though so its just a dream.
So please forgive me if my reply seemed a bit short tempered.
You're good. That is a problem with written words sometimes. You can't here the laughter or voice inflection.
I've had a lot of family issues in the last year it might have somethign ot do with that.
Matters of the heart. That'll do it. I haven't slept right in about 4 years. I get about 4 -5 hours sleep about every 2 days when I'm lucky, as soon as my eyes close it's like a switch is flipped. Sleeping pills don't even work.
"When you dream" is a great song you would probably like it.
Wishing you some rest tonight.
