This coming weekend, the American Egg Board is celebrating top students in science by partnering with the national Science Olympiad tournament in Augusta, Georgia. At the competition, 2,500 students will compete in a series of scientific events and show off their passion for science – and teamwork.
To coincide with this celebration of student achievement, the Incredible! group wants to know about your Incredible Student. Incredible Students do more than excel in the classroom – they are passionate about their favorite subjects, they start clubs, they play sports, they perform in school plays, they run for student government. They do it all!
Do you know a student who is truly incredible in their achievements… and in the level of mind and body energy they dedicate to their passions?
Here’s how it works:
- Join Incredible.gather.com.
- Write a post about your Incredible Student and tag it with “IncredibleStudent.”
- Photos/videos are encouraged!
- Post it before May 27, 2009 and one participant will be randomly selected to win a $50 gift certificate to Amazon for books and supplies to help your student shine! Five additional participants will be randomly selected to win 250 Gather Points™!

He only doesn't have F's because I make sure he does his homework. So, his grades average out to a C mostly or D's.
But, he has Autism and ADHD, so it's not truly his fault. He's very bright but, just can't focus long enough to do his school work.

sounds great! I'll work on my entry!
I'm downloading photos and pulling up final grades. I'll be working on my this weekend also. I'm just too proud that I want it to be good.
I have two incredible students, both unique in each thier own ways, this is a great contest, gives us proud parents/grandparents a chance to brag a little, well OK a lot!
I am so glad I found this...Thanks!
School has finished here and my little one got straight Es (excellents) and my 5th grader got all As with one B- (math). She wrote a poem for her teacher which was presented at the 5th grade moving up ceremony. I posted the video of her recitation.
