Incredible Egg Recipe

I scramble 2 eggs in olive oil.  Next I add a cup of cooked rice (any variety but I usually use brown - cook rice separately to package directions and add to eggs after eggs are cooked)  Then I add some soy sauce to the mix - mixing it all together good and letting it cook a few more minutes.  It is my own version of "fried" rice LOL.  SOMETIMES i will eat it in a burrito if I am on the go.

Hey, that do sound good! Think I'd add onion to the eggs cooking and rolling in a tortilla is a great idea, anything is good in a tortilla!

Try adding alittle ginger, garlic and chopped onion. Thats how I make. Yummy!! If you skip the egg and just make the rest of it the Vegans in your family can eat it to!
