Chandler on to the STATE tournament!

Chandler is very excited and proud of his wrestling season this year. His dad and I are very proud of him too. Not because he is winning but because he's doing his best and he's having fun. That's what is most important!

The state tournament is tomorrow! He has to weigh-in between 7am - 9am and wrestling for his age bracket will begin at 10:30am. We will get there to weigh-in at 7am so we can beat the mad rush and then go out to breakfast like we do at every tournament.

At the state tournament, they award medals for 1st - 6th place in each weight bracket!We know what kind of wrestler Chandler is and we think he has an excellent chance at earning a medal tomorrow!

11 wins --- 6 of which were pins in the first 20 seconds of round 1

3 GOLD medals

You go Chandler. My oldest boy wrestled for a couple of years. He had to struggle for weigh ins because the heavy weights he wrestled a couple of times were beasts. He played football also.

It really helps the aggression thing when they are teens.

My younger boy hated it. He was always too afraid of huring someone. He's more cerebreal anyway.
