That, my friends, will be the headlines sometime in the next ten days.
Yes bunky, before Obama is sworn in as President of the United States Israel will wipe out Iran's nuclear facilities so that the blame can be put on outgoing President George W Bush and leave Obama free to pursue a new direction in the Middle East.
Whether this is done with or without the knowledge or support of the States I can't say, but according to all reports the Perspective research department has received this seems to be the most logical choice.
Israel and the States have to do something about Iranian nuclear ambitions sooner or later and this seems like the prefect opportunity.
Oh sure, the other Arab states will scream bloody murder, but don't kid yourself, deep down they will all breath a sigh of relief.
Israel has nuclear weapons but they are also rational, so nobody is too worried. But, a nuclear armed Iran is another matter entirely.
Just as Iraq could not be allowed to gain a nuclear capability, so too must Iran be stopped, and timing is everything.
Should be an interesting week so hang on to your hats, and remember, you heard it here first!

I would posit, Thomas, that any plan that "requires the bombing of Iran" is crazed, and not worthy of a God who is supposed to be superior to us.
2) God uses mankind to carry out His will.
It's that simple. That's the way it was; that's the way it is; that's the way it will be.
But then again if you weren't so single minded and myopic there would be no need for this conversation.
Allan
First, if Israel was going to do why would they have attacked Hamas at the same time with the predictable result of whipping up rage against them?
> Geesh!
Hahaha ... yeah, double geesh!
triple Geesh...........
I think people should wake up and raise their voice.
I am totally agree with your views .
god's will be done in rite direction, the all we can say at this point.
Now they are trying to set their sights on Iran? Are we still searching for the Weapons of Mass Destruction? Or Bin Laden? No. It is to control the oil reserves of these regions. You know karma never lies. I love this country but our government has been the perpetrators of terrorism much longer than Iraq, Iran, The Gaza Strip or Afghanistan has ever been. I do not think much more or less of Israel, our allie in the East either. So we will stand behind an attack of Iran now because they may have nuclear capabilities. How long before our country is invaded for the same thing? Who's to say we are the reasonable ones?
I think we all need to examine the real reasoning behind things that are happening in the world today. I would not just blindly follow what they are telling us to believe on the television. I think there needs to be way more substantial evidence to go on before we, or any nation go bombing other countries and killing its citizens. I also do not support Israel or what they are doing right now. Even their reaction in Gaza is extreme. Its like dropping grenades in a rock fight. I think some action had to be taken over there but at the same time we are dealing with nations that have their own history and problems and who are we to dictate who is in the right or wrong?
He's bombing Iran so that any new President will have no choice but to carry on the Bush agenda. Obama has his own plans and priorities, but bombing Iran puts all those priorities on hold for years, if not permantly.
Shafiyq ... what a load of BS. Where do you get off posting this
pile of hate?
No one is going to attack Iran unless there is absolutely no other
choice. It is not because they might have nuclear power, it is because
they have a leader who acts like a moron in front of the world and
threatens to destroy another country, Israel. You support that kind
of behavior in leader?
Iran has thousands of centrfuges operating to create nuclear material.
It is believed they may be able to create a bomb in less than a year.
There is no point in Iran having a bomb just like there is not point
in the Palestinians having a bunch of rockets, and they both have
show an irresonsibility and pathology that no one in that region
needs.
We became the reasonable ones when for the first time on planet
Earth a country, the USA, had the ability to fight and destroy any
other country, and did not use it to take over the world after WWII
when were the only ones who had the bomb. That was pretty
reasonable, don't you think.
Shafiyq your comments are not only ignorant and wrong, but border on hate mail.
Of course what can one expect from somebody that describes themselves this way.........
"People say I'm a person who is wise beyond my years."
My first impu.se was to just erase your comments but I don't want to resort to censorship on this site since everybody has a right to express their own opinion whether it's right or wrong!
Oh, by the way,....... yours is wrong!
If God is not in it and never appointed our leaders nothing will happen.
I am sorry that I look at things from a broader scope than my naysayers here. Allan you think I am wrong for thinking this way? We are witnessing the genocidal tactics of Israel right now as we speak!! turn on CNN! Israel has now resorted to dropping white phosphorous on the citizens of Gaza, killing women and children and you stand behind that! Is that not wrong my friend?
Bruce K: We never tried to take over the world with nuclear weapons. Maybe not outright but we have included ourselves in the affairs of countless other nations and destroyed anyone who stood in our way of the oil in the Middle East. We use our military power to muscle in on a lot of things. Are we trying to take over the world?
Allan: You made me reread what I wrote. I thought there was a typo or something but no, there was not. I meant what I said and I don't see how I am wrong. I am looking at the things that are transpiring right before our eyes and I have a problem with that. I guess I could say you are wrong with the same passion you have me. I have a difference of opinion than you, obviously. I cannot see how you could have perceived what I have said as hateful unless you are one of those Muslim bashers. I know right from wrong.
And George that picture is outright racist!! Black faced Sambo character! What did you mean by can you sing Allan? Do you know where the Sambo character originated from and you say I am hateful?
"People say I'm a person who is wise beyond my years."
If others are saying that how can I describe myself as such?
I challenge you all to open your minds and look at what is happening around us..
There's one thing I agree with you on though is that George's icon is offensive. Yours could use a smile bro.
I suppose you guys hate Al Jolson too?
Allan, you are no offensive, at least not on this board, or that I have seen, so you are politically correct. Writing that Israel Attacks Iran is provocative, but it is not in itself offensive.
But as I said you have failed to prove or explain why you think Israel will attack Iran, and your prediction looks like it is not going to come to pass.
:-)
terrorism=destroying for political/religious motives; terrorism=bad; Israel practices terrorism=good [WTF?!]
Based on that definition the US is the worlds greatest perpetrator of terrorism in the history of mankind. Perhaps not overtly but certainly covertly. For anyone that hasn't read, "Confessions Of An Economic Hit Man," now would be a good time.
Additionally, Israel is also guilty of frequent forays into the world of terrorism via it's terrorist arm called the Mossad. The country also has known and admitted terrorists within it's political leaders but recent history not being an American strong point few people are aware of the terrorists of the 40s, 50s and 60s. They managed to gain a certain amount of respect over the years but are still responsible for the deaths of Brits and Americans alike. The King David hotel being only a small example of Israeli terrorism.
Now this isn't an anti-Semitic statement. It's simply the true historical perspective. Sadly, Shafiyq M., proves his knowledge and perceptions while the rest of those here only prove they are adept at turning on the television.
