I try to eat at least one yogurt each day

Question #2 I learned that milk has the same nutrients and great qualities whether I drink 2 percent milk or fat free milk
2. Saw new recipes. I already knew a lot about the nutritional qualities of dairy.
In addition to the usual cow products, I've drunk goat's milk and eaten buffalo and ewe's cheese. Who else here has tried these, or other milks such as mare, yak and camel that are enjoyed in other countries? I'm definitely open to trying them if I ever go to the countries where they are common.
