Not much. I'm waiting for a poll to finish up, also have a doctor's appointment, and a "class" I'm taking. So, a monotony-breaker, if nothing else.........
Morning, Shirley! Ariel, it's actually a class about how and why people change attitudes and behavior. If you're a nerd like me, it's actually kind of interesting!!
LOL...ya, it is kind of like that. It is a lock down facility with 24/7 supervision. We are here to counsel for them at anytime. These teens have so many different problems, mentally and physically.
On a different situation, I'm looking at the local paper, and apparently the city fathers are thinking of banning all you can drink features. I don't think it's that ecessary -- there are other things you can do for exajp
In just a few days, Gather will introduce an easy new tool that’ll allow you to share up to 40 photos* from your computer at once! You’ll then be able to place those photos into albums to easily share with friends and family. While your photos are loading and processing, you can select privacy and comment settings, and even write captions and tags for each picture.
I just had an appt yesterday with the sleep dr to go over my sleep study. I have moderate sleep apnea and lots and lots of hypopneas as soon as i try to get into REM sleep. i get no REM sleep at all. I have to go for another sleep study with the CPAP next week.
Their copier wasn't working so I don't have a copy of the report, but I'll get one Tuesday. But I saw the chart of the apneas, sleep stages, hypopneas, blood 02 levels.
When you have your titration it will help. It often takes about 30 days to get used to wearing your machine. If you wear it for a couple of hours the first night, it was more than the night before....it is all progress. OSA is the leading cause of strokes and heart attacks...so it is worth it.
