ugh -- I hate my new sleep schedule -- I go to bed around 10 or 11, get up at around 2 am to deliver papers, then wait to take my son to school at 7:15, THEN I can finally go back to bed!

LOL Cindy. Knowing me I'm probably worrying over nothing. But the hospital I went to has been known to mess up blood tests before. They sent me home from the ER one time without finishing all of my tests, and it turned out I had a severe blood infection that could've killed me.

I hope that Ariel and Tabitha both get good medical news. Speaking of which, I have some good medical news. I finally got set up to use the computers at the hospital so I can now check in on patient's labs, scans, etc. without having to bother someone else for access.

No, he never does. He's been wanting a crucifix for a long time, and I think I may have found one he likes. But honestly, I'm trying to be practical about it, because he would hardly ever wear a necklace. He'd be too scared to lose it. So, I'm stumped. Don't want to do the usual hunting stuff this year.

Well, he works in the coal mines, not underground, but a lot of physical labor. I'm just not sure he'd wear it that much. But the more I think about it, that's really what I want to get him, just trying to be practical, if that makes any sense at all.

I don't know what they do there. Trust me I know all about the black lung stuff. My pawpaw worked in the coal mines most of his life, and had it on top of COPD when he died.

He doesn't need stuff for work, they supply it all. As far as vehicles go, we have a minivan that's it. And I'm tired of buying him hunting stuff all the time. It's usually something to do with hunting or a new hat, and my God he has enough of those.

Yeah he does, Dan. It's not easy providing for a family of 6, but he does it, with very little complaint. Like today, he'll be going on very little sleep, just so he can go with me to the doctor.

Ariel, It went GREAT! My interview consisted of her asking me what my discipline plan was and telling me to not take anything off of them. She then told me that they have started a new reading program that is difficult. She went to bring the assistant principal in, then took me to the room. Turned out, I even had most of the paperwork already completed.
