Anyone else having trouble uploading and moving photos?

I've had issues uploading off and on for weeks. Moving yep there's a few albums I can't move anything in or out of. They are glitched up and I'll wind up making another album, I guess.

I keep getting the move failed message.

I can add them to other albums, though. Just not those two (and no they aren't filled)

No, sorry Diane. I haven't uploaded photo's for a while. I know it gets frustrating, but leave it for a while and then come back to it..see if that helps..or try signing out, and then back in

Ive had trouble today uploading. Moving or organizing my photos into albums, I've had trouble for a month now. It wil tell me Move failed !

Since you mention the “Move Failed” error, I suspect that this may be part of a larger glitch that’s affecting others on the site as well. It was logged today in our bug-tracking system, so I know our developers are working hard to find the cause of the problem.



I will get back to you when there is a resolution to the bug, or if we need more information from you. Until then, feel free to send me a few images if you’d like me to try and put them up on your profile for you.

I always have to make a new album. New photos wont go into the already made albums for me.
Hope you get it straightened out.

Right after the latest update I was able to upload photos(even when it appeared that no one else could). I'm guessing they've tried to "fix" something as I now get error messages as well and nothing has changed on my end.

I've had problems posting on and off the last few days.

I haven't posted much of anything lately so I haven't noticed any problems real recently.

I had problems when I last tried a week or so ago.

I have not tryed today, best of luck though.

I have had the same problem like you, Diane for a few weeks now too. I hope they get it fixed soon.

You’re one of many members who have experienced problems related to photo albums. The good news is we’ve identified what is causing the problem. However, it will still take some time before the fix can be implemented. The glitch has to do with member photo albums that are still associated with a group or groups that the albums owner is no longer a member of. So one thing you can do in the meantime is make sure that each of your albums is only shared in groups that you are still a member of. When you remove yourself from a group, it does not remove your album from the group.
