It's easy to acquire a troll......they are so easily ticked off at the slightest things.....they do provide points too! I know my latest article has about 18 comments and twice as many views, lol......gotta love it.

Trolls are people that view your things and give them low ratings. But, you get points when people visit your page so it is a silly thing for them to do. I got free folgers coffee and a greenie for my dog.

Sometimes it is an accident. You can not go back and change it. It happened to me once. I tried to change it and couldn't.
