A customer wrote to corporate about me. :)

Just thought I'd share my joy.

I do my bast when I'm at work to give great customer service because it's my job. But even when I have customers thanking me left and right I never seem to get the ones that want to tell my managers or want to fill out a comment card that will go to my management staff.

So, to my surprise the other day, one of my managers walked out with a piece of paper and handed it to me, and it was a letter written to corporate about their experience in the store. And it was all me!!!!  They said that I was very professional and very helpful. She even said that she would have waited  a full hour to recieve this kind of excellent service.

I was very excited. And I got recognition from every manager in my store for getting that letter. It was just a really great feeling to know that someone was really appreciative of my service and my managers didn't seem surprised at all that a customer felt that way.

Yeah me!!!!!   :)
