Style and substance are two qualities that define Krups, making their name one of the most recognizable brands in the world. Krups is a German brand that has been manufacturing kitchen appliances since 1846.
Over 160 years since its establishment, Krups is now known as a leading manufacturer of coffee and espresso machines and equipment. Krups espresso & coffee machines compete with the likes of Braun, Black & Decker, DeLonghi and other coffeemaker manufacturers.
Krups offers a line of Specialty Coffee Makers which is the Krups Aroma Control coffee makers. Included as part of the Krups Aroma Control line are the Krups KM7000 Grind and Brew Coffee Maker, Krups F468 (otherwise known as the Krups Moka Brew), the Krups Aroma Control Thermal coffee maker 10 cup and the Krups Aroma Control 229 10 cup coffee maker.
This Krups coffee maker, as the name suggests, are designed to preserve the aroma of coffee in order to give a full flavored coffee cup.
The Krups KM7000 Pro Grinder and Brewer will probably give you the most value for your money out of the other coffee makers from its Krups Aroma Control specialty coffee makers.
The KM7000 is packed with many innovative features and each Krups part is well-designed and engineered to provide you with a full-flavored cup of coffee.
The KM7000 is a programmable coffee brewer and also a burr grinder in one machine. You can set the machine to grind a certain amount of coffee before brewing.
The KM7000 features a conical burr grinder, considered the best type of grinder, with an automatic functionality to give you only the finest and consistent grinds.
The machine has many settings; it lets you choose from 5 different levels of grinds to suit your desired coarseness of coffee and it also allows you to choose from 3 settings to determine how strong you want your coffee – mild, medium, or rich.
This Krups Aroma Control coffee maker also has a 10 cup carafe and you can choose how much coffee to brew in increments of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 cups of coffee.
It also has a pause -and-serve anti-drip valve that allows you to pause the brewing process so you can fill your cup with coffee and then return to the brewing process when you’re done – a great feature for those in a rush to get their coffee.
And of course, the KM7000 has the aroma control feature for small quantities of coffee (approximately 2-4 cups) where the aroma of coffee is preserved by allowing the ground coffee to steep for up to two minutes before the brewing process begins.
The Krups KM7000 comes with a Krups guide & instruction manual and a Krups set of charcoal water filter and paper filters are also included.
