How is it that over 90% of people fail to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals?
It almost seems impossible that the numbers are that high, but the truth is less than 10 people out of 100 will ever make any permanent progress in changing their body and living a healthier life.
So what's the reason for this depressing statistic?
Well, there are really 2 reasons and they are universal, meaning these 2 reasons can be applied to your business, interests, fitness goals, or any other aspect of your life.
Let's take a look at them.
Reason #1:
You would love to lose 5, 10, or maybe even 50lbs, but it's more of a nice thought than anything else...
What I mean by this is that losing weight, living a fitter lifestyle, and being healthy just isn't one of your top priorities. You've either put work, your family, friends, or some other to-do list ahead of your personal needs.
So it's really no wonder why you haven't changed your habits or created the body you want...
The good news is when you finally get fed up enough about not being able to fit into the clothes you want to or when your health is taking a nose dive, you may reset your priorities.
Unfortunately, at this stage you may become overwhelmed with how to change your previous ways and think that it takes all sorts of time and crazy effort... so you never even make it to the next step.
Reason #2
You're one of the rare individuals who've made the decision to take back your body and your health and have started some type of nutrition and/or exercise program.
If you make it to this next step you are to be congratulated... but only temporarily.
You see just like in business, over 80% of companies fail in the first 5 years with another 80% collapsing in the 5 following years.
Not the greatest of statistics...
This is no different from dieters or fitness enthusiasts.
So why do 9 out of 10 people fail on multiple diet plans and just end up more dejected than when they started?
I personally talk with dozens of people a week about how they've tried "everything" and nothing has worked for them...
Truth be told, most of the weight loss products (and all fat burners) out there on the market are junk. However, there still are some excellent resources.
The problem is many people just cycle on and off the same diet plans they've tried in the past.
I still can't make any sense of that philosophy...
Why would you ever go back on a plan that didn't work in the first place or wasn't something you could maintain?
Maybe you're afraid of being burned again or maybe you don't know where else to turn... all I can say for sure is that the 2nd reason people fail is that they don't have the proper system in place to get them the results they want.
So if you're still at the "wishful thinking" or the "I don't know where to turn" stage I urge you to take the next step and transform your body to a streamlined, leaner shape and enjoy the benefits that come along with living a fit, healthy life.
After all, you do deserve it... don't you?

You bring up great points and it is really important to find balance in your life. That means the program you choose for you must be something you can maintain for you life (after a little initial sacrifice...)
Just stick with it and keep pushing forward everyday!
