I feel it only right to inform you about this. Shortly after the 9/11 attacks, in New York, I listened one evening when the news broadcast how much money the Red Cross had collected in donations, "so far." None of the mentioned 100's of other charitable organizations, just the Red Cross, alone. So I got my calculator out and figured from that dollar amount how much that would mean to each surviving family member of those who died from the attacks. I based it on an average three person household. The total came to approximately 5 Million Dollars each.
Three or four years later, I listened to family after family that spoke on public television and said they had never received a dime from any organization.
Sorry, but I couldn't justify sending Red Cross donations even if I could. But after what our crooked Democrat and Republican people have done to victimize me, I can't afford to send money. I just recenly lost my home, and now have nothing to depend on, but mostly, the help of a few others that are willing to when they can. I mean they help in certain ways. Myself, I'm generallly always helping ones in need. When and if I can. I know it is a saddening situation.
