2008 Election Cum Bye Ah

The citizens of the US have just completed the 2008 presidential and congressional election process.  Now the winners are singing cum bye ah verses on their powerful media outlets.  "We are all Americans and we have to work together as bipartisan citizens as we have many challenges ahead."  Reactions to this call to action are probably going to vary from "Go to Hell" to "That's true and for the common good we should all come together now."

When you lose a ball game it's as wise to prepare for the next opponent and in that vein we would be wise to analyze how and why we lost the election and maybe, a free nation.  In doing this we have to acknowledge that we lost in large part by being outmanned by the media influence on the election.  A good coach would realize that he needs to change the media in the US if there is ever going to be a fair contest again.  Changing the media means changing the educational system that manufactures the many illogical widgets we have punched out as citizens today.  We must curtail the liberal socialist teachings in the schools and universities.  That implies that we fight to overcome ignorance in the US wherever we find it. 

Next we should overhaul our playbook and use any new innovations to our maximum advantage instead of letting the competition run roughshod over our team.  The Internet should definitely be added to our arsenal for the next game and we should be sure to surpass the competition in our command of it as our weapon.  Conservatives really need to develop a habit of speaking out when the playing field is tilted even for the incidental occurrences and this will aid our new media assault.

Internally the team should have better training and improved personnel.  If a person is purported to be a conservative player his conservative metal should be tested to our standards and not compromised to show our weakness at the inception of the game. 

The one thing we have working for our side is the fact that they are in control and, if we are wise, we are not necessarily going to do the heavy lifting this time around.  We will have a certain luxury in observing their upcoming mistakes in their game plan.  It should be entertaining to watch the victorious go for each other's throat when they begin to divvy up the spoils and power of their victory. 

The one thing that hampers our preparation for the next contest is the lack of control of the media and schools.  However, our secret weapon is going to be their mistakes and lack of production before the next contest.  

What we have learned in defeat we must make work for us the next time around.  Meanwhile, do not fret, be sure to make a three column chart consisting of, plus, minus and total change.  When you get your thousand dollars, or was it five thousand dollars, from the government put that on the plus side.  When the government goes to compensate itself for this outlay of money by added costs to the citizen put this amount on the minus side.  The total of course is your monetary starting point. 

Last but not least, we are all Americans and the only difference is now they have the harness on.  If, by some means, they grossly improve our economic, safety and overall happiness factor then we should acknowledge the fact, verify and slowly join in to the effort.  If not, we must strike hard next time around.  Keep your chin up.  Also, do not forget the methods and unsportsmanlike play of the liberal socialists in the last game.  They resulted in "Tank Grashunavich's" getting chop blocked in the second quarter of the contest and having a career ending injury.
