Manga Artist Wanted

The artist on one of my comic book projects, Perils of Picorna, has had to quit for personal reasons.

I am hiring looking to hire a new artist for the project.

This is a six-issue (approximately 30 pages of art per issue) comic book series. I'm paying $25 per finished page. The book will be published by my company, Dandelion Studios. Print run will likely be pretty small initially, but I'm committed to promoting the book if it gains an audience.

This is a swashbuckling/fantasy story centered on a young female apprentice priestess. It will have a lot of cliffhanger-serial style action set against a fantasy city background.

I'm looking for a shojo manga style of artwork, although I'm not big on the more comedic elements of manga style, so little or no chibi stuff. I need someone who is comfortable drawing fight scenes and other action, and who has an interest in doing a fun story involving a strong female lead character.
