It has been a long time since I've seen your presence
You look so divine.
When I first wakened the clouds were still near, you're so welcome, sunshine, I am glad you are here.
The earth must have needed
the moisture and dew, and days of pure sunshine,have only been few.
And God sent the rain drops
to stay for awhile,
I'm sure it's a blessing-
Spring's dressed up in style.
