Tucked away in locked drawer
Waiting for the day that didn't come
When two heartbeats
Were one and the same
And images flew from fingertips
To draw pictures in words
Bring forth new worlds

I think healing deep emotional wounds requires the will to recover and being open to new beginnings and new possibilities; time cannot override resistance to letting go. Sometimes people get stuck in their pain and cannot find a way out- that''s usually when they need to seek help from others.
