Travel with Streaker
(to Streaker)
Streaker wants me to be led somewhere.
Someplace she wants me to see together.
Streaker’s graceful body whistles, speeds past;
on the paws the soft love of moist earth…
A slow jump which seems to be freeze and framed
over a well mossed trunk bitten by age,
it is difficult to follow, to chase
a dream I do not know but Streaker does.
I cross the plains of India, Ganges
where we save a dying river dolphin
being choked with my own unknown sins,
Streaker let me grab the neck and we fly
over the Himalayas, Continent,
fury of oceans, the land promised…
Then Streaker stops. I follow the eyes
pointing a light, a rainy cloud, a bird
and all the world beyond, parallel earth
inside my heart.

Girly Comments & Graphics
for posting to our group! Hugs, Julia
It reminds me of a conversation I had with a local painter (artist) a couple of years ago. This elder man, an immense talent sadly destined for posthusmous fame for his amazing artwork, spoke to me of walking his dog on an early autumn morning and hearing a faint crackling noise. When he stopped and listen, trying to identify the source of the sound, he realized he was hearing the sound that the frost made on the leaves of the trees as it thawed in the morning sun. He felt that with a little time and effort he could learn how to paint that sound. Not quite the same thing, but I think you have written the image of Streaker's guided tours.
Thanks for posting to my group, Anythingwriting

Thanks Kushal.
This is truly a Poetic Masterpiece beyond words.
I have a suggestion for one line . . .
"A slow jump which seems to be freeze and framed"
I'd make it either . . .
"A slow jump which seems to be freeze-framed"
or
"A slow jump which seems to be frozen and framed"
Poddar ~ my friend, BRAVO!!!
