Product Report: Any interst in hearing about Aldi's products?

Aldi grocery store recently came to my town.  At first I was aprehensive about trying all of the "off" brand items.  I am on a tight food budget and I didn't want to waste a week's worth of budget on items I would end up tossing. I have been surprised at the quality of their food.

Is anyone here interested in my feedback on all the new Aldi's items I try?  I figure if nobody on here has an Aldi's near them it might not be valuable information to post here.

We shop at Aldi's all the time and save a lot of money there. About the only thing I don't like is their cake mixes.

Aldis just recently came into Fl, I hear that they do save you money, But, I prefer Publix. I really wish we had a Krogers

I've never heard of them, not yet anyway, but I'm sure there must be others that have. Why don't you go for it and see what happens... ;-)

We LOVE Aldi's!!! I prefer their canned green beans to the Green Giant brand or any other brand name. I was always a brand-name shopper (and still am for some items) but Aldi's prices work for us and their food is just as good (even better in some cases, like the green beans).

I really like most of Aldi's foods. Im not thrilled with their milk though. I dont like milk, but my son always says the milk tastes bad when I buy it there. I also heard two ladies at the store saying the milk goes bad quickly, so its not just me. I will buy my milk at the regular grocery store. But their frozen foods, cereal, and canned goods are really good. And the prices are great!! my son loves their .99 cheese pizzas better than the totinos ones and they are bigger.

Barbara used to shop at Aldi's when we had to go to Appleton for something, but now she shops mostly at Woodman's and Food Festival.

Aldis is GREAT for certain items: eggs are always fresh, I get canned corn and canned mushrooms, black & green olives, egg noodles, fresh peppers, oranges, onions, bottled water, napkins. I haven't tried a lot but I'm really happy with what I do get. Their stuff is much less expensive.

I go to Aldi's every week to get can foods.There corn is great and you can save a lot of money there.
