I see you've decided to join me again and I'm delighted to have you come along! The following are more of the shots taken after the storm. You'll see that every storm usually carries with it a silver lining of sorts.
Here are some rather angry looking clouds with a mix of some happier ones. I guess it's thesemixes that sometimes bring on the rain. Aren't they beautiful?
The next thing we saw, while on our way to town (for the strawberry sundae I was craving), was the beautiful sun beginning to set behind the trees. I always love the way the sun lights up the clouds upon its entrance and exit!
Just down the road, I couldn't help asking my husband to pullover long enough for me to snap this next photo. I realize thatthere is an electrical tower there, but the skies were just too pretty to let it go unnoticed.
Glancing up again once we got home, I was amazed how bright the other half of the skies appeared, despite the sun having done down beyond the trees. I like to wait until after others might give up and say the sunsets finished, to see what awaits if I'm just patient enough. Here's what I saw...
