It is going to be almost 70! Nice and sunny too. My garden is tilled. This afternoon I willl be spending planting Tomatoes, Brocolli, radishes, spinach, ansd Bell Peppers. Brandon is going to have a Pumpkin Patch. Do you have your garden in?
Up until today it has been to cold to go out and start anything. I am still deciding what I want to do this year. I have some space for a garden this year, but it is where our pool used to be and there is a big hole and we would need to purchase a good amoun of dirt to make a garden there, it would probably be easier and cheaper to just sod it.
Today is 40 degrees but warmer air. You can tell spring is coming. I have all my seeds ready to today I'll have the kids clean out and fill the pots for the greenhouse. I think we can be planting by Sunday or the beginning of next week of the weather continues to improve. Have a great day!
Diane it is indeed going to be a lovely day. I think the ground is still a bit cold for germination and I doubt we are past the frost season so I'm holding off on planting. I will be gone the first two weeks of May so can't tend a garden so I will just wait until I come home to plant.
With food costs rising I decided to try my hand at planting a garden this year. I have strawberries planted and have my seeds all ready but haven't gotten the space ready yet. I am not sure how much of it will actually grow...but it will be fun to find out! And certainly a bonus if it actually grow the veggies!!!

I am still sick so I plan to take it easy today. fortunately my daughter or hubby will be able to watch the baby I babysit.
only the onions and potatoes are planted.
No garden here, cannot dig in desert ground.
