At a certain point in the day, the sun blazes over the hill in the oldest section of the cemetery and creates a landscape of light and shadow.

On camera, the sun becomes a starburst of light.

Everything exists in silhouette...

Darkness and light...

With only the blue of the sky for color.

Beautiful photo essay. I love the way you captured the light and dark of the sky. The cemetery monuments add to setting when the sun appears as a star.
Absolutely lovely photo essay! I love shots like these that capture the bright and dark beauty of the Sky.

Hi Lisa ~ This is a very interesting PHOTO ESSAY ~ mainly because of its dark hues and the dark nature of a cemetary.
