I don't know about you, but I always embark on a vacation with the best intentions of eating healthy and squeezing in exercise. Unfortunately for me, that rarely turns out to be the case. I pack my exercise clothes, charge my iPod, look at restaurant menus ahead of time to choose healthy options, then it all goes to heck.
I've been on vacation for the past 9 days and I'm so ready to get home, start exercising, and eat some vegetables! Who has some tips for helping me remain healthy even while on vacation? I figure once you start having ice cream, french fries, and seafood swimming in butter it doesn't matter anymore. I know that's the wrong attitude, but I don't know how to snap out of it.

I know what you are talking about..on vacation everything looks so different that we want to try everything like exotic drinks, exotic foods etc and at the end we gain weight. We deserve vacation but when we come back we always pay the price.:-))
Maybe I can help you now instead of over heading for the exercices or else. I discovered 5 weeks ago a Awarding Winning Fat Burning Coffee in food science technology and it burns 800 calories per cup all 100% organic. We all have our coffee each day but this one does not make us fat it helps you to lose weight.
I tried it and I lost 7 lbs in 14 days already.....so it is phenomenal. it is a gourmet coffee not those instant coffee with chemical adds a real one. So I invite you to go to my profile and look at my website and you will see by yourself what I mean.
I am an internet business owners and on all my opportunities it is the best one I have never found. So if it might help you I will be glad for you.
Have a wonderful day!
