My Mood Tag Survey- Below is My Mood Tag Survey about me and the FIVE friends I have tagged to fill it out next! Return to healthyliving.gather.com to start your own survey!
- What is the number one thing that puts you in a good mood? Cajun Music
- What is your biggest pet peeve? Attitudes that indicate "This is for your own best interest" unless it's me who's thinking it.
- What foods put you in a good mood? Dannon Coffee Yogurt, granola, Stash green tea
- Who in your life cheers you up? My friends from grade school
- What's your favorite "Mood Movie" - happy or sad? Philadelphia Story with Tom Hanks and Fame with Irene Carr
- What's your favorite "Mood Song" - happy or sad? Tasso/McGee's Reel by BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet and Calypso by John Denver
- How do people know when you're in a bad mood? Snipping, I snipe at everyone.
- What is your favorite type of weather? Bright sunshine with temps between 10 to 99 degrees. I guess 100 is okay, too.
- What ways do you relieve stress during the week? Exercise, listening to music, writing, and singing
- How do you cheer up others who are in a bad mood? Cheering others up is not something I care to intentionally do because I don't like it when others try to cheer me up. I think our emotions, both positive and negative, need to be fully experienced in order for them to be processed and beneficial.

For this, I grok your uncompromising unsentimentality.
I´m not trying to please you, cheer you up, or offer any opinions ´for your own best interest.´ Just stating what I think, as you do to me.
Have an okay day, your way.
Mr. Beck, encouragement is one thing, but to me, cheering someone up for the sake of cheering them up is, to put it bluntly, a selfish thing. If I'm in a sour mood, others naturally don't like it and only seek to cheer me up because I'm unbearable to be around. lol
Juan, I must not know you at all. I wouldn't have determined that we of such a different ilk. Let's see your answers so that I can learn more about you.
Leah, prepare to develop another addiction. ;-D (Another addiction in the sense that you probably already drink charged coffee, not decaf, yes?)
I'm one who often does try to cheer others and help
them find a balance when life takes a dive into darkness.
I do understand your respect for emotional validity and respect
other's moods and needs for quiet and privacy...I think the key
ingredient is knowing whether or not the other person wants
to be nurtured or needs a lift.
Blessings and best wishes - S.
We sort of align in the last question - I specifically didn't read yours before answering, to see if we'd match at all. Sorta wish I had, since your song answer reminded me that "Country Roads" by John Denver really sends me, and I don't care who knows.
BTW, I linked to your profile in my reply.
