On Tuesday someone couldn’t understand what I would eat as a vegetarian. Considering the absence of meat and eggs I try to make meals interesting. Here are pictures of the last couple of day’s meals.

On Monday we had a tossed salad with mixed greens, strawberries, purple onions, broccoli, cucumbers, orange slices and poppyseed dressing and a lentil vegetable soup.

Tonight I fixed a mixed rice dish with tofu, onion, carrots, broccoli and pineapple.
