For whatever we lose (like a you or a me),
It's always our self we find in the sea.

Dear Sistahs Shed:
Waves and Currents are part of my life. I am grateful for them and glad that even inside of me part of the sea will always live. It makes me closer to the sun, to the moon and to Mother Earth. However, I must daily replenish my sea. So should you. Here are some links about water and one about dry brushing. Please read them all. I hope that they help you in your quest. Salud

I was born at the beach.
I rise like the tides.
You will probably be surprised to know that I have never seen the ocean in person. I told my husband that one day when the kids are older, I want to go away on a vacation and I want to see the ocean for the first time with him. I can't wait for that day.
Good health, as you know, knows no specific gender. I'm happy to find the gift of good information no matter what bow it has tied around it...
Best to you
Kenn
