This weekend, we decided to try the Boca All American Classic Burgers made with organic soy. They come in a package of 4 patties for about $4.
They can be prepared either in a skillet or in the microwave, and cooking them in the microwave only took about a minute and a half, so that was a definite plus. The only thing that I can see as a drawback about them is that they smell funny when you cook them. So, if you're sensitive to smells, these are probably not for you.
Honestly, they don't taste like a hamburger, but if you serve them on a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, pickles and all the regular hamburger fixings, you can't even tell the difference. It's just a bit sad that you have to doctor them up like that to make them taste like a burger.
As far as nutrition goes, I'd give them a grade of B. Each patty has 4 grams of fiber, 140 calories, 5 grams of fat, and 15 grams of protein, which is great. But, each patty also has 500 mg of sodium, which is pretty high. So, if the company could cut down on the sodium content of these burgers while maybe adding a bit to the taste factor, I would be more than happy to add these to our regular menu. In the meantime, I'll just buy them on occasion.

there are different flavor ones, I wonder if that would be a better choice then,
