How I think BOCA Balanced Living Challenge could benefit me.

Being a SAHM to 4 young children is hard! I do not have the money to pay a babysitter to go do anything alone, nor can I afford buying healthy foods to test out for my family of 6. I am an old fashioned cook and thats all I really know. I want so badly to learn to cook good healthy food! It would change my life and my families to have good healthy meals. I wish I could join a workout club to exercise and recollect myself. I think that break would make me feel good about myself and make me a better mom! Having NO free time from 4 kids and trying to exercise and spend time making good meals is one heck of a job. I would use the  money to pay a babysitter, join a club and learn how to cook healthy BOCA meals for my family and I. I am a mom and it is my duty to teach my children healthy habits such as exercising and eating healthy. That is extremely hard to do when I cant do it myself. Money is tight these days and I must use what I have to get buy. This would make the perfect start of something good to benefit myself and my entire family. There is nothing better than feeling good and enjoying activities with your children rather than sitting on the sidelines watching them. Good luck to everyone in the contest!
