Well my day isn't completely done with yet, but I figured I'd better write it now before Gather shuts down for awhile. Chances are I will be in bed before it's back in working order.
Today was another good day. More so on the exercise front then the eating portion of my day. For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with a glass of milk with my green barely. Then at about 10:00am, I strapped Jacob into his backpack and put Wishbone on her leash and we went for a 30 minute walk around our apartment complex. It was a bit cooler today so it was really nice to get out in the fresh air and sunshine. As for lunch, I didn't really have a meal because I never really got the time to make one, but I did snack on things like cherry tomato's, a pear, a zone bar, hard boiled eggs and toast. At around 12:30pm Jacob finally went to sleep and I popped in my Baywatch Beach Body Workout. It was a pretty good workout and I had to even stop a few times to rest, but I can already feel my biceps! For those of you who are members of Points & Prizes I believe they still have a few available for 80,000 points. So it's a good way to get one if you're low on cash. Lauren is a bit over-the-top in her sexiness & bubbliness so if that's something that drives you crazy when you workout, then this might not be the video for you.
At 4:00 I took Jacob and Wishbone out for another walk, but it was a short one just to the mailbox...but again it was nice to get outside and be out in the sunshine. I haven't started dinner yet because my husband is still on his way home from work, but I have mango flavored talapia set out and we're going to have brown rice and asparagus as well. The fish is low in fat & calories and has a ton of protein so it will be a healthy dinner for us! It should taste great too!
Tonight we will take Wishbone & Jacob for yet another walk, so I've really got my body burning some calories today. Hopefully I will see my efforts pay off soon.
Since Gather will be down tonight, I will work on getting some much needed sleep and get my body rejuvenate for another day of exercise. I'm not sure which video I will pop in...that will depend on which body parts are sore from today's workout but I'm looking forward to it. Working out has really improved my overall mood and I don't want to give that up!
