This is actually my 5 entry, but 8th day eating healthy as I have combined a few of my days in the same entry.
I did not get up too early today so I grabbed a few slices of low-fat cheese as I headed out the door to work. For lunch, I had 2 of the Trader Joe's Chili-Lime Chicken Burgers that I had for dinner last night, with out the bun. On top of that, I had two-slices of low fat cheese. I am not sure what I am having for dinner tonight. I know there are lot's of salad ingredients in the fridge, so I might make a big salad. I have been reading this month's issue of Shape Magazine and their are lot's of healthy tips. Besides Shape, I also like to read Self. These magazines aren't all about dieting but their focus is on leading a happy and healthy life, unlike the teen and fashion magazines that are popular.
