I could almost cut and paste these into the article editor box. There's nothing particularly new or exciting here.
On August 18, my day was much the same as August 17.
I had oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. I also got the vegetables in there this time.
For dinner, another repeat: pinto beans with ground beef. Okay, I've been taking a liking to that lately.
For some reason, I didn't get into extraneous eating. Last night, I was into something that I was working on that apparently became so engrossing that I didn't feel the urge to get that extra bite.
Again, I was late getting my evening walk in, but not as late as the night before.
