My healthy eating downfalls have always been church picnics and potluck suppers. Yesterday, I did good. I had 1 hamburger on a bun with mustard, ketsup, and relish and some salads. A good think about the picnic was that there was a good selection of healthy salads. This morning, I did not eat breakfast so I ate a bit too much sushi at lunch. For dinner tonight, I am having two chili and lime chicken burgers from Trader Joe's with an avacado salad. One thing that I have to work on is my food portions. That is one thing I have been lazy about.

Let me know how the chili/lime chicken burger taste. I sometimes make it to Trader Joe's and manage to get past the cheap wine selction. Two Buck Chuck is good for you!
