This is for August 17, 2008.
I ate a more traditional breakfast this time - oatmeal. I was in somewhat of a hurry, so I missed out on the vegetables. Yes, I know that I could have prepared some vegetables while I was cooking the oatmeal, but doing that that skipped my mind.
Dinner was pinto beans and ground beef again.
A few hours after dinner, I was feeling a little hungry, so I ate a carrot with peanut butter. Other than that, I got away without the snacking.
I got to my evening walk late, but I still got it in.
