Today I started off on the wrong foot - Bojangles was brought into the office for a client meeting, and I gave into the biscuits and sweet tea.
However, this week I've been pretty healthy. I ran on Monday and Tuesday, and hope to take a bike ride this weekend. I am signed up for a 5K in a couple of weeks, so I have to get used to running again. I've also been eating in to eliminate fast food (this morning it was just too tempting) - but every other day this week I've planned well-rounded meals with at least one vegetable. I've been buying the frozen veggies so I always have some on hand (no excuses!).
Right now I can run 2 loops around my neighborhood before I feel like I need to stop. I'm estimating that I'm probably up to 3/4 of a mile. So I have a lot of running to do to get myself back in shape! But hopefully this journal will help me see my progress and see my endurance get even longer!
